Express Consent Disclosure (TCPA and CASL)

By selecting an SMS consent checkbox on our lead form and providing your telephone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from V-Learn Inc., operating as Echo 27, only for the message category described beside that checkbox. Transactional SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are collected separately through optional checkboxes that are unchecked by default. Selecting transactional SMS consent does not provide marketing consent. SMS consent does not automatically authorize promotional emails or automated voice calls. Marketing consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

1. Scope of Communications

Depending on the SMS consent checkbox you select, messages may include:

• Transactional SMS: Consultation confirmations, lesson confirmations and reminders, schedule updates, and customer support.
• Marketing SMS: Music lesson program updates, special offers, and promotional communications, only with separate marketing consent.

2. Automated Technology

SMS messages may be sent using automated texting tools. Your consent applies only to the SMS message category you select. Marketing consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing any lessons or services from V-Learn Inc.

3. Opt-Out & Revocation of Consent

You have the right to revoke your consent and opt out of receiving communications at any time:

• SMS/Text Messages: Reply STOP to any text message received from us to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Email Communications: Click the "Unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of any promotional email, or email us directly at adamsimmons27@gmail.com.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular service provider plan. V-Learn Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including phone numbers and consent data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
